Sad to report such poor care from medical records, care, follow ups and financial operations. 1. Doctor never entered any medical information, diagnosis or written history in patient portal (Akumin). Nor does he manage Office operations as clearly disorganized. 2. Constantly and repeated phone calls to office for medical requests, proper care yet getting ignored makes this practice not recommendable. 3. If a doctor is lazy enough to not want to handle patient care, why run a medical business. 4. The staff barely gets trained properly, causing inaccurate data entered in the system and or medical information missing/incomplete

Most amazing place. All the staff members are so friendly. Doc is by far the best. He is so polite with good beside manners. He listens to any concerns. My neck pain is much better since attending.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way Julie hung up the phone on me multiple times. Its extremely unprofessional, I simply asked for direction to the office and she added no value. I can't believe she's the representation of this office.

Julie at the front office is extremely kind and courteous, and Dr. Gardere is very skilled and took his time to give me exceptional care. Very grateful for this office.

I have been going to OMAC now for a few years. Dr. Gerdere started as my doctor for adjustments but because he takes so much care and time, he has now also become my primary care doctor. I think he is terrific!! 👍🤩

Dr Gardere is an exceptional, great and caring doctor. It is rare to find an Osteopath that offers his type of care. Through his Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments, neck pain no longer disturbs my sleep, and my neck is continuing to improve. His staff is super friendly, and the appointments are punctual.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garderes for quite a few years now, staring when he was at LIFEWAY. He was always caring and gave each person the time needed, whether is was an exam or an adjustment,. I even followed him to his new Hollywood office. Not sure what has happened, but he has changed. He seems rushed, adjustments are usually not more than 20 min these days, The caring doctor I loved is no longer the same. On top of that, after traveling a good half hour to get to his new office, I then had to deal with the "beast" that seems to be running the show there. She changed appointment times on me at the last minute; told me that the times i wrote down when i was there previous were wrong, she lies and then swears by he lies. She is condescending and rude on the phone and in person. (except when the doctor is near by, then her "sweet act" goes into affect. I don't see why someone with her grotesque looks and animalistic personality is the face of a healing health clinic. ( I am only assuming she is his grandmother or aunt, and he is trying to keep her busy in her later years) I will not be going back there any longer and have already found another Osteopath whom i Love.

Welcoming, pleasant and enthusiatic staff. Doctors are compassionate, caring and brilliant with cutting edge therapies and infusions to keep us in good health, whether it's general medicine, osteopathic or neuro muscular specialties. Doctors go beyond the call of duty and have the best bedside manner, knowledge and diagnostic skills. It doesn't get any better, just your health.
