My Mom has lived at Manor Pines almost 4 years now we couldn’t be happier The entire staff is diligent and caring the facility is immaculate Mom has Alzheimer’s however she is quite content and definitely well taken care of

I met with the administrator Sonja. She is a breathe of fresh air. She is dedicated to making every resident and family needs a priority. There was a new energy and Im comfortable to have my mom there when needed.

My mother was sent here for back rehab.We’re Hispanic.They were going to discharge her and had her sign all the paperwork.She’s in her early 50s and is in so much pain but the nurses didn’t attend her and since she was supposed to get discharged they didn’t give her her antibiotics that she needs on a daily.They kept her and only called twice to the pharmacy to call for her medicine and that was it.This seems illegal.They didn’t change her chart for medication to STAT until I called and complained.I’m in TexasNever letting her go here ever again.

I have a good friend who is currently ay Manor Pines in Wilton Manors. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff seams friendly and the 2 social workers that I talked with were extremely understanding of my concerns for my friend. I stopped in to see the administrator Mr. Savett He gave me his personal extension and said to call him directly with any problems or requests. I had a very good visit and feel that my friend is in good hands.

Ive been really impressed with the genuinely caring attitude of every last staff member. The place is phenomenally clean. Somebody is always polishing floor someplace windows are spotless none of that nursing home smell we found elsewhere. The family dinner for Thanksgiving and the Christmas party were a very nice touch.
