The whole staff has changed. I was not even introduced to my new doctor. My blood was taken and the didnt even see me. Very impersonal

Beware Went to Midway and they did some blood tests on me I then received and insurance bill for over $1000 it took me a year and hours of calls to finally get Midway to clear it up. Dr. Grossman has left and now they wont renew my prescriptions that have run out even though I was in there before Dr. Grossman left and was told they would supply me 6 months of refills in case I wanted to find a new Dr. So now I am out of some of my prescriptions and looking for a new Dr. The staff is unorganized and say they will do something but never follow through until you continue to call and follow up.

I’ve been attending MDCC for 3 years and they always are so welcoming and friendly from Tras in the lobby who always friendly greets me and to the incredible professional service of my provider Joseph who can quickly and rightly answer any of my questions as well as the nurses and all the staff everybody under the direction of Dr Grossman.

Disorganized and inconsiderate. Ive been using this dr for annual physical and every year its another fup. I called day before to see if I needed to fast for blood draw and never received a call back. Waited 45 minutes in a thin paper robe in 62 degree office well actually less than 62. After the dr exam they let me sit in the hallwaywhere it was warmer to wait for blood draw and the thermostat in the warmer hallway read 62. WTF? New phabotomist couldnt find a vain I almost passed out still fasting now 11am and freezing cold. Went to Quest for blood draw a few days later and the only order in their system was urinalysis which I did in the Drs office. Im changing doctors. Last year they failed to take correct tunbes of blood so I had to go back for another blood draw. Dr. is no picture of health himself.
