I visited the Urgent Care facility to deal with a bout of sciatica. As I had been traveling, the PA advised that I get tested for a blood clot. I checked in at the radiology desk which is conveniently located in the same waiting room as the urgent care offices. The radiology team was booked but they put me on a wait list in case there was an opening. Within 5 minutes I was called in as there was a break between patients. Professional, efficient, clean and courteous is how I would describe the team and experience.

Update (December 2022)- My complaint to the Florida Department of Public Health meant NOTHING to the State (ref #202241925). My crooked bridge of my nose tells a different story. If. Dr. Rodriguez is misdiagnosing an obvious broken nose, what else is he misdiagnosing? Now the State can't be trusted to protect those of us who need medical care. I went in with an obvious broken nose for an xray. My doctor got the results saying that my nose had no fracture and wasn't broken. I had to disagree, and had to go back in to see my doctor, who then ordered a CT scan. I did the scan at a competitor, and the diagnosis was multiple fractures. I will be reporting the misdiagnosed xray to the state.
