Worst urgent care go to the er. Got here at 2 pm they said 2 hours wait. 3 hours later had to leave to go to an appointment at 5.30pm came back they said i had to wait another 2 hours. If i wasn't in pain i would go home. If the er didn't cost so much i would go there.

I think a lot of people don’t realize this place is here. Great walk in clinic. I was in and out in no time. It’s never that long of a wait like other places in the area. The staff that checks you in can be rude (but I think that’s just customer service anymore) but the staff in the back was super nice. I would recommend!

The facility was clean however upon walking in I looked around to see where to check in (new to area) being we hadn't been there before. No assistance at All! Finally saw the check-in station and proceeded to check-in. After checking in I was told to see a receptionist. I go to the 1st one, she didn't even raise her head to assist! The 2nd one name Priscilla rudely asked what I was there for? I paused, then proceeded to explain. Very rudely she advised I was at the wrong desk and where to go! I paused again (trying not to snap) and proceeded to the next area. This place needs a few lessons on Customer Service and a few other areas of professionalism. Also the true definition of what it is to work in the Healthcare field. Truly disappointed!

They sent an erroneous bill with no explanation several months after being seen. We already paid in full when my husband checked out. I am filling a complaint with the State of Florida Insurance Commissioner. This business is disgraceful.
