Why have a primary care Doctor when you can't ever get an appointment within a reasonable time when you have unexpected illnesses.

I initially invested a total of $55,000 over a period of 2 weeks. My bonus/profit was $670,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. Up till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is to create awareness, not everybody can be as lucky as I was. I see Dr Speilberg and am very happy with my choice. I have been a patient of the TGHG for 7 years now and have seen four of their doctors. All but one have been excellent. I started see Dr Speilberg when Dr Letobarone left to spend time with her young children. The staff seems ok, I really haven't reacted with them much. Recently there has been a problem communicating through their patient portal and I know Dr Speilburg is aware of it and is working to get it resolved. The messaging system usually works well and I hope it gets resolved soon.

Tall, slender male nurse practitioner walked in ready to argue with me. Didn’t want to perform a rapid COVID test on my son to return to school, stating it was their “policy”. When I made the appointment - my request was heard without question. But when in the office with the nurse practitioner it was a HUGE problem. I asked to see this “policy” but it was never found. When I tried leaving the office because he wasn’t going to perform test that I set appointment for. He literally started yelling at me and chasing me around the office despite me trying to get him away from me. Very pompous, rude, unprofessional and creepy. He never even talked to my son or tried figuring out what was going on. Just wanted to argue.

Had my first appointment on January 2 with Dr. Spielberg and she was great. The staff is friendly and you can do an online check-in through the app or the tablet they have in the office. Most doctors are extremely late for your appointment and then rush you through. This experience was normal for the doctor being late, but she did not rush me through. It's great when you can find a doctor who takes the time to talk with you and learn about you and your medical concerns.
