If you are looking for integrative psychiatrists and therapists, this is one of the best places in Florida. I refer my patients there from my primary care and i have only heard positive feed back.

I don’t understand why this doctor has been virtual for 2 years. I spoke with one of his front office staff and told them my concern and they said it had nothing to do with COVID. I feel like he owes us an explanation.

Dr. Pleener is my favorite doctor, I would highly recommend him to anybody in need of a psychiatrist. He doesn’t just practice medicine, but rather an immense amount of compassion for his patients. When you interact with him you just feel comforted, like you’re in a safe place. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes a comprehensive approach when treating his patients.

One of the best doctors in region. Not a pill pusher, very good understanding of biochemical processes behind mental health problems. Was able to explain to me in details the plan of treatment. Has spent a lot of time with me. Doctor is very knowledgeable in different therapy modalities. We have tried many until, we figured out that I absolutely loved and continue to do even on my own daily. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good treatment not just pills.

Amazing experience. So glad I came to Dr. Pleener. I was so tired of the same old approach of treating patients that other psychiatrists have. He showed me a new way to approach my health issue. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for over 10 years. I never felt like I could get out of this chaos until I came to him. Staff is also amazing and extremely friendly. Keep up the great work…

The office staff at Regional Psychiatry and Dr Pleener don’t seem to care. I had 4 appointments with this group and my anxiety was never addressed even though I told the office staff and Dr Pleener how bad it was. I was scheduled with the wrong doctor on the first appointment because they didn’t ask who I was scheduling with. Of course that was my fault and I had to pay $250 for that appointment. I was also rescheduled several times to accommodate the doctors schedule. In addition, the doctor said at 50 I had a few good years left…lol. Let’s put the older patients out to pasture Dr Pleener. I felt very unheard and was given the run around. I spent a lot of time and money and never got the help I wanted. I would suggest going somewhere else.
