List of Brian M. Parnes's Reviews
Im not sure why I see so many negative reviews. I appreciated the nearly empty waiting room my wait wasnt long the receptionist and everyone else there was polite and Dr Parnes is amazing. Cant recommend him highly enough
As other commented doctor was late didnt show up. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
I was scheduled for an appointment on a Friday that was scheduled a month in advance. The day before the office called and told me the doctor wasnt going to be in Friday so they needed to reschedule my appointment for the following Tuesday at 930. I arrived early to an office that was packed with more people waiting outside. So much for social distancing. I waited a total of 45 minutes and still didnt make it in to see Dr. Parnes. As hard as this is to believe for doctors my time is every bit as valuable as theirs is. There is absolutely no excuse for scheduling so many people at once. I refuse to be treated like cattle. What is the point of making an appointment? I actually told the receptionist that I was only going to wait 10 more minutes and then I was leaving. Didnt matter. 10 minutes later I asked for my copay back and left. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for my time. Like most people I have to take off work to go to the doctor. Then theres the drive and traffic and inconvenience of it all. The least the doctors can do is respect that our time is valuable to us and not schedule so many people at the same time. If we patients would ALL start walking out when this happens they would change the practice of cramming everyone in the office like cattle. I wont accept it and neither should you If you get a chance to see Dr. Parnes hes great. Nice and to the point. Now I have to find someone else and start the whole process over because I wont be treated this way by anyone ESPECIALLY if Im paying them

It was easy to find and very nice inside. We signed in and filled out afew consent forms. Most of the paperwork was mailed to us prior to Gilberts appointment. The receptionist was very nice professional and attentive. Our wait was less than 30mins and we arrived 30mins early.Once we were directed to the exam room and the nurse had finished getting her stats the doctor was in and seeing Gilbert. He was very warm and friendly from the very beginning. He asked questions explained what he was focused on and let us know what steps would be taken if needed. We never felt rushed we did feel confident in Dr. Parnes.
At first the office was really caring and nice then when I tried to get information about the surgery the Nurse never called to verify the date and time. When I finally reached the Nurse she initially spoke to me through the front desk Staff Member via a computer communication. When I was finally transferred to her she was rude. She claims that she had a number from the chart that was entered by the patient but when I contacted the Front Desk numerous of times and verified the number it was the correct number so I am not sure how the Nurse obtained the wrong number where everyone else had the right number. Then I was asked do I want the surgery or another CT Scan. I am not the doctor so I am not sure why I was asked this but since the felt the need to ask me I said CT Scan. I really like the doctor but the dealing with the Head Nurse has turned me off to this office.
He is very caring and an extremely knowledgeable physician.
If I can get a 1 I will give it. On our first visit after the doctor saw my mother in law they told us to wait in the room for some papers we waited around 30 minutes and because I needed to use the restroom when I walked out I noticed the office was kind of empty and to find out almost every one including the doctor left for lunch and forgot about us.Today my appointment was for 940 arrived at 9am and is 1105 and now is that they call us in. Very disappointed very unprofessional
Omg the worst experience with the receptionist. Showed my insurance and she was not wanting to be helpful at all to verify it. So rude Never got to see the doctor also cuz the fire alarm when off and we all had to leave the building. No apologies for that either Worst experience at a doctors office ever

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
