List of Chad Mcrae's Reviews
My son has had been seeing this pediatrician since he was born over a decade ago. Dr. McRae is thorough, respectful, and has an unrivaled bedside manner with parents and kids. Hands down the best doctor we have ever had.
Great Doctor! Knowledgeable and friendly with the kids. Not Pushy, and open to alternatives if you wish. I take all my three kids to this office and all the staff is great, friendly and helpful.
My wife, my 3 year and 16-month-old, and I truly love Dr. McRae and his team. We switched to him about 15 months ago when my newborn daughter was struggling with stomach issues. Like most parent, my #1 concern in life is the well-being of our children, and Dr. McRae and his team manage this overbearing obnoxious parent very well. He has a very practical approach to the way he explains everything. He never rushes his visits, and takes all the time needed to explain and alleviate any concerns. Furthermore, he also actually listens to our concerns as parents, a skill not every doctor possesses. In 15 months, I had one tiny issue with one of his PAs (about a year ago), but I will still grade his office 10 stars if I could, and our last PA visit last month was excellent. They are very consistent with the care they provide. Thank you, Dr. McRae and Team.
Two words for you: terrible experience. Highly unprofessional with an annoyingly passive aggressive attitude. Kept throwing insulting comments at us and was extremely judgy.
Dr. McRae is an amazing Pediatrician. We were fortunate to find him when he worked in Haines City 8 years ago when our first son was born. He is so good that we travel to Orlando (over an hour away) to see him now. He cares about his patients and families and he is a calming influence when emergencies arise. We can’t recommend him enough.
Very friendly staff and excellent doctor it was my first visit today very impressive.
Dr Chad McRae is an awesome doctor. So skilled and always giving a kind attention to his patients. My son is in good hands with Dr McRae. The staff at his office is also really nice and kind!
Dr. Chad is an amazing doctor. He really cares and is so friendly. The staff is also very friendly and the front receptionist always answers the phone.
I only went here a couple of times. The first time I had a great experience. This morning however was not great. I've kept my 5 year old home from school all week. He's had a slight fever and cough, and a sore throat. Nothing important enough to bring him to the Dr for. But the school requires a Dr's note if they are absent for more than 3 consecutive days. This was day 4, so I went in to get a Dr's note. The Dr was so rude to me. He basically scolded me for keeping him home for a cough. My son threw up on the way to the Dr's from coughing, so it wasn't like it was mild cough, or the cough you have left over from a cold, he was still pretty sick. He has slept terrible all week, so while he doesn't have a fever today he needed rest, he's currently napping, which he never does. Also, he's 5, he's in kindergarten, it's not going to hurt his education to keep him home for an extra day. I told him he had a fever the other days (this is all from the lobby by the way, he didn’t even take him back to look at him) and he told me I should’ve brought him in those days that he had a fever. But why? He was sick enough to stay home from school, but not sick enough to go to the Dr. It was so weird and totally caught me off guard. He gave me a note for today, which was all I needed. I think he thought I needed a note to be excused for the 3 previous days? I'm not really sure. But he was just incredibly rude. I won't be bringing my kids back.
Dr. Mcrae, is amazing. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. Returns all his calls in a timely manner and he is amazing with my daughter. As a first time parent, you have so many concerns and questions about everything surrounding your child's health, to the point that you drive your friends and family crazy but not Dr. Mcrae., because he actually cares and understands. That's very important and rare, in this field and it's because of that I have chosen to follow him through out his move from one practice to another. Because he is pure gold!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
