Overall, I had a pretty good experience. I did find it confusing though, as I didn’t know I was being seen by a technician before being seen by a doctor. I was called to be seen by one person who I thought was the doctor, and he did some eye exams and answered questions, and then told me that I was “good to go” after the last exam. So I walked towards the front desk asking if I had to pay anything, and it was then that I was told that I hadn’t seen the doctor yet and to have a seat. I just wish it was a little clearer to me that I needed to wait. The experience all around was not bad, but that was just a little confusing.

The doctors and staff are helpful and friendly, decent aray of frames and they accept Humana but there is no way to speak to anyone over the phone, which is a deal breaker for me. The phone system will be the reason this site folds. The new conglomerate that purchased this store should listen to complaints and change the phone system.
