I have been seeing Jennifer PA-C and Dr. Hudgens here for about 5 years. They have been nothing but kind, courteous, professional and caring. The whole team is amazing, they are genuine in what they do and have answered or helped guide me with virtually any medical condition or concern I have had. Wendy, one of the office staff was able to secure a pre-authorization in less than 2 weeks for specific and specialized medical care. I will never hesitate recommending this medical office and I can't see myself going any other place.

I had Maddie as a provider she took care of my foot with no pain. She explained everything very well and I haven’t had an issue since. Wonderful staff and will absolutely will be coming back. From the front desk to Logan the MA who helped me. Thank you!

Madison Sadler PA-c was compassionate, caring, personable, gentle and thorough. I can’t say enough positive things about her and her assistant, Sheron. I would highly recommend this practice for all skin health care.

This office is wonderful. All of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. When I called to make a new patient appt.for my daughter it was a month away. They added me to a cancellation list and called the next day with a new appt. that was a month earlier. Our appt. was with Grace and she was amazing. She listened to all our concerns and explained everything. We never felt rushed!

Terrible experience. I was a new patient and went in for a consultation to quote for Botox. I was told the consultation was free if I chose not to get the Botox. I chose not to get the Botox because I wanted to compare to other providers. And they charged me $50 for the consultation anyway. I protested saying they had said the consultation was free but they did not care and they charged me $50 anyway. Extremely unprofessional.

Amazing experience! I had an emergency and they were able to get me in and everything taken care of. Great environment, and Ruby at reception is AWESOME!

I am new to the Orlando area and was looking for a full body skin cancer check like I have had for years in New York. On the website a full body scan is described as "Patients are asked to fully undress" because as described somewhere a little further "skin cancer can develop anywhere you have skin. That includes areas you might not associate with skin cancer. These include: On your buttocks or in the groin area". So I went in but I was never asked to fully undress; I was actually specifically told to keep my underwear on. And other than pulling the elastic band back a little bit, no scan of the private areas was done. So in my opinion I did not get what was described on the website. Other than that, the staff was very friendly.

I called over a week ago several times and no person ever picked up. I left a message because per their website someone would get back to me within 24hrs. Wrong! I’d previously seen reviews remarking about how awful they were with returning phone calls and setting appointments, but I gave them the benefit of doubt. Shame on me. At least the website looks professional.
