This is the second time I’ve been to Dr Parbhu’s office and all around good experience with the doctor and her staff. I did not feel rushed or that everything was not explained properly. Her office staff is organized and I appreciate that she does not rush the appointment.

DO NOT RECOMMENTD!! Went in to have a stye removed since it was not really going away on it's own. It was excruciatingly painful and Dr had no compassion. My eye and eyelid color are not back to normal and most of the time my eye is red. Going to see another Ophthalmologist that cares more about their patients' medical condition instead of trying to sell you overpriced products.

This lady took a bad dog bite all around my eye and put it back together. You can hardly tell anything happened. Well done. Amazing work. From your days at UAB.

Rude and unprofessional. I am considering to filing a complaint with the medical board.

I’ve been going to Dr Parbhu for over 3 years. I’m very pleased with her work. Some treatments I’ve done are blephex, laser, Botox and fillers and couldn’t be any happier. I will recommend Dr Parbhu to anyone.

I went basically went in to pay a co pay because after my eyelid was looked at I got the run around from the doctors husband who said they would call me for an appointment, and they never did my eye is still irritating me till this day! Not happy.

Staff was not very friendly and the doctor was very dismissive, wanted to just have me pay cash for a botox shot instead of getting to the root of my eye twitching and looking for a possible diagnosis. Seeing a neuro ophthalmologist next after a lot of research of my own and calling around to different doctors.

My regular eye doctor highly recommended Dr Parbhu for a treatment I needed. Dr Parbhu was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

I would go blind before going or recommending anyone to this office. The front desk staff is beyond rude. The fees do not match the customer service for sure. Customer service training needed for entire office.

If I could give this practice 0 stars, I definitely would, as 1 star is too much! I will go blind before ever stepping foot or recommending this place to anyone. From the minute you walk in, the rude front desk staff asks for payment before greeting you as a NEW PATIENT! Then the unprofessional staff go along to tell you the person who came with you must leave the office as only the person seeing the doctor can be in the office (I thought I was at an eye doctor and had difficulty seeing which is why someone drove me there). After waiting past your appointment time about 30 minutes, you see the rude doctor (Dr. Parbhu), who cares nothing about her patients, rather more so on selling you Botox when you are not even 30 yrs old. Each concern I had regarding my VISION was not even addressed rather only replied with cosmetic, Botox and your insurance does not cover. She is very unprofessional just like her staff and ONLY cares about getting your money. Not only do you pay for the disgusting experience that was worthless, but the only information you will get is Botox information and price lists. Worst Dr. and staff I have ever visited and will ensure that everyone knows that!
