DO NOT RECOMMENTD!! Went in to have a stye removed since it was not really going away on it's own. It was excruciatingly painful and Dr had no compassion. My eye and eyelid color are not back to normal and most of the time my eye is red. Going to see another Ophthalmologist that cares more about their patients' medical condition instead of trying to sell you overpriced products.

This lady took a bad dog bite all around my eye and put it back together. You can hardly tell anything happened. Well done. Amazing work. From your days at UAB.

Rude and unprofessional. I am considering to filing a complaint with the medical board.

I’ve been going to Dr Parbhu for over 3 years. I’m very pleased with her work. Some treatments I’ve done are blephex, laser, Botox and fillers and couldn’t be any happier. I will recommend Dr Parbhu to anyone.

I went basically went in to pay a co pay because after my eyelid was looked at I got the run around from the doctors husband who said they would call me for an appointment, and they never did my eye is still irritating me till this day! Not happy.

My regular eye doctor highly recommended Dr Parbhu for a treatment I needed. Dr Parbhu was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

I would go blind before going or recommending anyone to this office. The front desk staff is beyond rude. The fees do not match the customer service for sure. Customer service training needed for entire office.

If I could give this practice 0 stars, I definitely would, as 1 star is too much! I will go blind before ever stepping foot or recommending this place to anyone. From the minute you walk in, the rude front desk staff asks for payment before greeting you as a NEW PATIENT! Then the unprofessional staff go along to tell you the person who came with you must leave the office as only the person seeing ...

Office staff is RUDE (Front desk and Nurses). Completely unfriendly, nurse didn’t even greet me, just walked me back and had a ton of attitude during her questionnaire. I waited over 45 minutes to even go back for my appointment, and was told “they will get to you when they do” when I asked how much longer, by the front desk intake person. Needed to see Dr Parbhu for a plastics issue, outside of an eye exam, but they made me get one anyway. Doctor was ok - not the best at explaining things, but needless to say, I will not be returning or recommending this place to others. They tried to treat me for eyelash mites (which come to find out is extremely common) all without putting it through insurance - a procedure that would have cost me $300! Went to my eye doctor later that day and they put the treatment through insurance. Total rip off. If you want to save money and he treated nicely, go somewhere else!

Had I been asked this in 2016 I would have given a very favorable review. Sadly about 6 months ago I realized that would be untrue. Dr. pardhu performed upper eyelid lift and removed the bags below my eyes. I was told these procedure outcomes would last approximately 10 years. Unfortunately my upper eyelid started to sag once again almost to the date 3 years after surgery. Well I did finally get through to speak to the “right” person in the office they were very wary and reluctant to answer my question and gave a very vague reply. GO ELSEWHERE for this procedure. Wasted money.
