My experience at Remagin was fabulous. I was called to the exam room right on time, the staff was amazing as was Dr. Parbhu. It was my first visit and I fully expected just an examination and then being told I would need to come back to have the small keratosis on my eyelid removed at my next appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when the removal was performed and the next appointment was scheduled to view the healed eyelid. Every bit of the procedure was fully explained and Dr. Parbhu was excellent.

I came in for a consult on some soft tissue issues surrounding my eye, the Dr was very cold and had terrible bedside manner. She acted like she was inconvenienced at my presence. Will not be using her.

The staff here is great. Dr. Parbhu, not great. My husband had a ptsosis repair, bilateral. Results were that the right eye, inner side, very drooped. Upon follow up visit Dr. Parbhu stated that not enough muscle was lifted during surgery and that she could do it again “if aesthetics are important to you.” I asked who would pay for this. She replied the insurance would as she could document it so they would pay. She is the one who stated she did not uptake enough muscle. She is not very communicative, does not see the patient as a person, very cold in all interactions. Do not recommend.

Was left disfigured after rushed surgery I had a lower eye surgery with her, I got horrible scar tissue, dry eye, after 5 months, she told me I hurt her with me being upset about my surgery . She came highly recommended and now I’m faced with going to Miami or somewhere else to get corrective surgery. I’ll never forget her just dismissing me. Told me to wear a patch over my eye if the wind hurt because my eye won’t close because of the scar tissue.

You will wait an hour for your appointment to be greeted by a MD with zero professional manner and lack of attention. Perhaps best for her to take time off and heal her broken leg before attempting to practice. Be careful as well they get a procedure approved by insurance you do not need to then be canceled because you need explanations.
