Today at 10:45 am I was in urgent care with a burning throat, difficulty breathing and swallowing. As soon as I arrived I said I needed a translator, I'm learning English, and I still don't have much vocabulary. The nurse who attended to me first checked my blood pressure, and when she closed the door, she started laughing and commenting to other people about me not being able to express myself 100%. Then came the doctor, who brought a phone with a translator. She left the room and scoffed... What professionals took an oath to help people, and scoffed, when they needed help? She left the clinic without being seen. I have insurance, I paid my share and I was not treated.

They didn't have an xray tech on staff so they couldn't examine me completely and diagnose the issue, but they were clean, professional, and very kind.
