Terrible doctor! Do not recommend this practice at all.

I love Dr. Mope! She has been so wonderful with helping me get my migraine meds, and I've had no issues getting my same prescriptions after moving from out of state. Going here is such a breeze- I have never waited more than five minutes to be seen, and I am in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Worst doctor and staff in the world! I do not recommend. I don't know what happened from when they first opened, but this office has really gone downhill. She doesn't spend any time in the patient room, literally less than 5 minutes. She is not through and does not make any eye contact. Don't waste your time.

Dr Mope is an excellent physician and have been a patient for 10+ years. Very few generalist that will take the time with you to get to know you and understand your medical history, conditions, etc. Takes a proactive wellness approach, which is contrary to many physicians. Highly recommend!

Highly not recommend the Dr. and the office staff. Came for a first doctor first and only saw this doctor for less than 5 minutes with no background talk to prior medical history abs this was sent already from previous doctor. When asked if she had my previous doctor history, she said no, then she pulled additional blood work when I had only came for a preventive care so now I have to pay lab corp for additional blood work that wasn’t discussed to me on my visit as this blood work was not part of preventive.

Everyone should have a Dr. Melodie Mope as their Primary Care Physician. She is efficient, experienced and approachable. Dr. Mope is compassionate & has wonderful bed side manner. I am so grateful to be back in her care, as well as my family.

Dr. Mope is a fantastic, trustworthy, reliable and personable doctor I’d recommend to anyone! She takes care of our family and we all look up to her when in need. She always treats you with respect, listens to your needs and will give you the care you need. She never leaves any stone unturned. We are extremely happy that Dr. Mope has opened her new practice and we are able to continue with her overseeing our care and wellness.

We love Dr Mope! She sees all of my children and treats a wide range of issues. I was very upset to find out she isn't practicing in Windermere anymore! :( Any info about how to reach her at a new practice would be greatly appreciated!

I found Dr. Mope to be knowledgeable, but with poor bedside manners. I always felt super rushed to the point I'd get anxious and forget my questions. One time she even laughed at me when asked a serious question. Overall, not a great experience.

Dr. Mope treats my entire family. She has seen my two youngest children since they were three days old. She would always ask me if it was okay to schedule their infant appointments in the afternoon, so she could make sure no other patients were in the waiting room and it would be safe to bring them in. I have four children and never once has another doctor asked to do this. She truly cared and was excited when they would come for their first visit. Dr. Mopes office is never overrun with people and I do not think we have ever had to wait longer than five minutes for our appointment. This was always huge for me because taking four kids to the Dr. is always a bit overwhelming, to say the least. Once my daughter had a sore that I was worried was infected, so I called the office before opening and instead of transferring me to a nurse they transferred me right to her. I texted her a picture and she solved the problem instantly. I can give 20 other stories just like this one!
