I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience we had during a recent appointment scheduled for 10:45 AM. Unfortunately, we were not seen until 12:16 PM, which we understood could happen due to unforeseen delays. We waited patiently, fully aware that medical schedules can sometimes run behind. However, when it was finally our turn, the experience fell far short of what we had hoped for, especially considering the patient is an elderly individual who does not speak English and requires assistance from a family member for translation. The doctor ( Parbhu) appeared rushed and spent no more than six minutes with us. During this brief interaction, the doctor frequently spoke over the family member who was trying to translate and showed little patience or compassion toward the patient's situation or concerns. As a result, the patient left confused and without clarity on the medical instructions provided. It felt as though our time and concerns were not given the consideration they deserved. We came in seeking help, and instead, the experience left us feeling disregarded and unheard. We expect a higher standard of care, particularly when it comes to elderly patients who already face barriers to communication and understanding. After all, no one enjoys visiting the doctor, we do so out of necessity, hoping to be treated with empathy and respect. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve future patient care experiences.

I have blind eye and Dr Raja has been very thorough and extra ordinarily careful in examining my eyes!

This is a combo rating. Five stars for Dr. Raja and two stars for his scheduling staff. Had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Raja and his nursing staff were great. My meeting with Dr. Raja calmed my fears and he explained everything very well. Both surgeries went well, done in about 10 minutes. Recovery was very easy. Five stars for sure! My lower rating was due to some of the staff, particularly the schedulers. Trying to reach her on the phone was very frustrating, even when I was returning their call. It took days to get a call back. They were great once you finally got to talk to them. My first office appointment was at 8:30 and I waited almost an hour and a half before I was seen. How are you that backed up at 8:30??? At all the other appointments (except for the recheck appointment right after each of the surgeries) I waited at least an hour. When I went in for the actual surgery at the surgical clinic I waited over an hour each time because they were backed up. Poor planning. Two stars at best!

I'm a big baby when it comes to anything eye related, but Dr Raja explained the procedure. He made me feel as comfortable as I was going to get. The entire staff is very nice as well.

I am retired orthopedic surgeon ,and inspite I know that Dr Barbue may be skilled but for sorry her follow up with her patient are not good For one month ,I am trying to get my medicine but they never follow up the update from the pharmacy They are very good in defending their mistakes but for sorry not good for follow up
