Was looking forward to seeing Dr. Parbhu, however between the Iris AI not understanding me and the woman that picked up the phone after her and called for confirmations being extremely rude and didn't care to get my first or last name right, I will find another office. First impressions are everything. *So the response from Remagin wants me to call and talk to the same rude person that talked to me before? Yeah, not a great response."

I had cataract surgery in both eyes and the entire process went smooth and without delays or problems. Dr. Raja is knowledgeable, thorough and has the knack of making you feel safe and in good hands. I highly recommend this practice.

My 1st visit was good, my follow up visit not so good. Had to walk out and leave after 35 minutes waiting inside the exam room. I guess that the first visit is designed to impress you and then they take you for granted.

Dr. Keshini C. Parbhu Repaired my tear ducts (both eyes) where another physician failed. She returned my quality of life and the recovery from the surgery was successful and better than expected. Pleased and grateful. Highly recommend.
