Dr Alicea is an amazing doctor, she is seeing my baby since he was born, she is very knowledgeable, kind, very patient and explain everything, she always make sure I don’t have any questions and address all my questions as well, I enjoyed this new location way better nurses and staff very nice

*It really was the worst experience, the nurse Natalia was not professional at all, very arrogant, she needs classes on how to treat people. I do not recommend this pediatric office at all. The rest of the staff was very friendly.* *Realmente fue la peor experiencia, la enfermera Natalia no era nada profesional, muy prepotente, necesita clases de cómo tratar a las personas. No recomiendo este consultorio pediátrico en absoluto. El resto del personal fue muy amable.*

It’s a shame that Dr Alicea, who is great with kids, have staff that doesn’t care and make you wait more than 50min for a simple shot. It’s not the first time, always they ask you to come 15 min before, for make you wait more than half an hour before they call you, and if that wasn't enough you need to wait 30min more before the nurse come. I really like the doctor but I’ll need to change practice. They make us waste our time and they even care.

La Doctora es el mejor profesional de la salud que he visto desde que llegue a este país. Trata muy bien a los niños. Excelente profesional. Pero el personal que trabaja aquí no es muy amable y hacen esperar muchísimo. Nuestra cita era a las 3:30 me dijeron que llegara media hora antes para el check in no entendí por qué si tengo 5 años trayendo a mi hija. Tenemos en este momento más de 2 horas de haber llegado y aún no nos han atendido. Si no fuera porque mi hija se siente muy mal ya me hubiese ido. Repito la doctora es maravillosa pero el personal no da información

La doctora es excelente, pero el personal que trabaja con ella es poco eficiente y no tienen buen trato con el público a pesar que sus pacientes sean niños eso no les importa, deben mejorar la calidad de servicio

Wow I was not able to get through the lines waiting for an hour I too am calling now to schedule for May beca use they say to call a few months in advance. I am looking for another do ctor especially a fter seeing the reviews. My child has been going to the same doctor for 7 years.

ME RECOMENDARON ALA DOCTORA TERESITA ALICEA PARA MI BEBÉ, MUY BUENA Y TODO BIEN AL PRINCIPIO!!! Pero de un tiempo Para acá las recepcionistas son tal relajadas que me dicen que lleven al bebé a emergencia debes de darme una cita para que lo vea la doctora me envía a emergencia…. Y en emergencia me dicen que tiene que verlo la doctora en 1 o dos días.. llame y la recepcionista me dice que tengo que esperar a Diciembre para Cita disponible es en serio ? Yo necesito que me vean a mi hijo por que está enfermo desde hace 1 semana y en ningún lado hacen nada …. Y me preguntan que si le han dado antibiótico ??? EN EMERGENCIA ME DIJERON QUE TIENE QUE SER LA DOCTORA Y COMO ES POSIBLE QUE ME DIGAN QUE LO LLEVE OTRA VEZ A EMERGENCIA…. De verdad muy decepcionada de esas mujeres como no son sus hijos y están sentada allí de lo más normal….
