i've literally never dealt with such negligence i called two pickup my glasses after being away for a few months and they said my glasses have already been dispensed to someone but the don't have ANY information on who they dispensed it to and then immediately after asked me to get me to buy another pair of glasses lmfao

This was my first experience at Truly Eye Care after moving to the Orlando area from Naples. I am extremely pleased and so excited that I have a beautiful and trusted office and staff I can rely on for all of my eye care needs! I bought gorgeous new glasses and ordered my first contacts which was something I’ve been wanting to do for a while but always a bit nervous and never pulled the trigger. Dr. Jennifer made me feel comfortable right away, was extremely patient through the trial and error of figuring out my prescription, and took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed. The entire staff was friendly, warm and welcoming and listened to all of my questions and sat with me as I learned to work with my new contacts without ever rushing me. Thank you so much to the team at Truly Eye Care, you have a new loyal customer ♥️

Stay away from this place. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. They show no interest in their patients—no time to listen, no effort to communicate. Even basic questions go unanswered. This is not care, not even close. It’s frustrating, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed.
