Seen quickly! Great communication from staff, friendly and explained all the processes clearly. Teniya was extremely kind and helpful in making sure my insurance info was correct, as I had not used my new provider before. Medication available on site saved me a pharmacy trip, in and out within 45 minutes, excellent location!

AdventHealth Horizon West was able to see me quickly, inform me of my condition, and send me on my way with a prescription and doctor's note, all in less than an hour. True lifesavers!

Pretty frustrating when they don’t know how to process insurance. I told the front how to set up my insurance and that my copayment is only $40. Went back and forth the whole visit on this and in the end told we are not paying $40 and made me pay over $230. I can see in my advent account and also through my EOB that the amount due was only $40. Now I have to work on a refund from them by calling customer care. Same thing happened to my step daughter at the winter garden location. They wanted to charge her over $200 and she has the same health insurance. She didn’t have the extra money available to use (she is a college student) so she had to go without treatment and seeing a doctor. If you don’t have a few hundred to put down with their desk at check in and then fight for your refund later, don’t visit Centra Care.

I went about 30 minutes after they opened. They greeted me and quickly got all of my information. I taken back and seen promptly. Dakohta was efficient but explained everything well. I was in, out and had my prescriptions filled within 45 minutes. They were great.
