Amanda Nadeau's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Nadeau is very caring and understanding. She has that wonderful "bedside manner" that I feel is hard to find these days with a lot of physicians.

I just love her. She is so thorough and takes all the time I need to answer my questions. She asks about me and wants to know how I am doing personally. She cares about more that just my latest test results. Highly recommend. Love her nurse, also.

I have been to this office and doctor over the past two years or so and have had a great experience every single time! I love this doctor and she truly cares about me. Her assistant is awesome; the staff and calling for return call...never a problem.

I’m not sure what all the negative feedback is but I’ve only seen her twice and she was wonderful and even had a sense of humor! Her & her staff have been nothing but nice to me. 🙂

Her office staff are horrible. I had tried to get into the office on the same day due to me being very ill. The receptionist had the nerve to say to me “ well maybe you shouldn’t be trying to come in on the same day” in the most nasty tone ever, the office manager was just as bad when trying to speak to him about that way I had just been spoken too by the Receptionist. Needless to say her office staff saw no wrong in the way they treated paying patients. I would never go there again if she was the last doctor in this state.

I found her to be rude and dissmissive. She scared me to death, with a possible medical issue and when I was all clear, she didn't call me her nurse did. But I must say I REALLY liked her nurse. Also, the doctor appeared infuriated that I opted out of the covid vaccine, even though she attempted to conceal it. I feel like these doctors need to respect our medical choices. I just know my body! I'm not comfortable with the shot so guess what, I'm not taking it! I just didn't feel very comfortable with her at all. Hopefully. You'll have better luck if you choose to try her out. We all hv space for growth.

I am a new patient of Dr. Nadeau, and she is very kind and knowledgeable. I like that the office offers telemedicine services to the patients who may be sick. I have had a few appointments now and the wait times are very minimal, and the check-in process is very efficient. All the supporting staff is very kind and helpful as well. I had a few billing issues regarding my co-pay, but the billing staff is helping me consistently through this refund process by keeping me updated to help resolve the issues quickly! With COVID I understand many healthcare workers face many challenges every day but the staff and including Dr. Nadeau work very hard to put the patient's needs first. Truly an awesome office with awesome people! I highly recommend Dr. Nadeau and the Advent Health team! :)

Great provider. Always address my concerns and help me make sound medical decisions. Always on time and respectful of my time as well.

She is a very rude doctor she doesn't give enough time to her patients to talk about their medical issues my wife was telling her about the Medical issues that she's having the doctor told her that's enough for today you need to make another appointment to come back to talk about your other issues, and if you are 5 minutes late for your appointment you have to reschedule, but when you stay waiting for her outside for over 45 minutes to see you that's fine for her.

Both my wife (nursing professor emeritus) and I (retired medical device engineer) see Dr. Nadeau when we're in Florida. We both think she's knowledgeable and thorough.
