I have used another larger ortho office and always felt rushed. Always taken care of but not a personal experience. From the start this office was much more personal and friendly. From the online chat to schedule an appointment, to having someone call me Saturday to make the actual appointment. To the office staff and Doctor Hirsch, I was very impressed!

Dr was on time. Examined my healing injury and confirmed treatment plan. Reviewed xray - no bone damage. Also mentioned future treatment possibilities for duputryenes at later stage. Contact brief but informative. I felt confident Dr was very amicable and knowledgeable would consult again should need arise.
