As a first time mom, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ponce. The app the office uses is very easy to use and it’s updated quickly with post appointment summary & notes. The messaging portion is fantastic (so you don’t always have to make an appointment and rush in). Dr. Ponce answers so quickly and you can upload pictures for her to see. She has even responded after hours and on a Saturday. She really cares about her patients. I’ve also have had to use the weekend on call doctor and she is also very knowledgeable and puts this new mom at ease. Love this office and Dr. Ponce so much!
