Nobody cares at this place. Went to the emergency room and then had to go to advent kissimmee emergency room. Finally got help at advent. Stay far away from Orlando health saint cloud. THEY WILL MESS YOU UP WORSE THAN WHEN YOU WALKED IN. I even reached out to administrators and nothing. Don't take a chance with your care.

The worst attentiveness to patients. Slow turn over. Never offered anything for pain. Made me sit in the lobby with a positive Covid test.

Let me DIE before you take me to ANY Orlando Health hospital!! They are completely evil. They will nickel and dime you for everything, $45 for Tylenol. And if you try to dispute it they will just sell your bill to an ambulance chasing lay firm and sue you.

Horrible!! Do not take anyone here if you want answers, efficiency, updates, communication, or any help whatsoever. They do not explain things in detail. Even when you ask them questions they do not have answers. It's not clean or kept up to date. They forget the things you ask or tell them. They do not get things done unless you remind them. And they take FOREVER to discharge their patients even when they are well and able to go home.

They've come a long way, since the update- new look new healthcare system-  they still have TONS of room forImprovement but it's getting better for sure. Keep it up.

Was very happy to get our Covid shots yesterday very nice building and under the circumstances the staff was handling all the people very well

Since we moved here, we have heard horrible things about this hospital. However, (unfortunately) both my husband and I have had to go to the ER here once each within the past few months. Today, I had to go in. I tore a muscle in my leg. The front staff, back to the nurse, Ultrasound and X-ray tech and dr was FANTASTIC!!!  I was only there for about 2 hours, which was great!!!  My husband also had a great experience there a few months ago. He fractured his rib (from a ride at an amusement park). The staff was great as well

STAY AWAY! Would give zero stars if I could. My brother-in-law came in for chest tightness & flu-like symptoms. Obviously he wanted to get a COVID test and they administered it after a bit of waiting. We stood around waiting for almost an hour until the nurse finally came back and told us it would be a 5-7 day wait. 5-7 DAYS?! So he's just supposed to go home and suffer, possibly get worse because this facility does not do rapid testing? The staff was unhelpful, especially given the current circumstances. Made an appointment for Centra Care test first thing tomorrow, estimated wait time 15-30 mins. Would recommend you do the same if you're looking for immediate help.

Wish i could give zero stars they were so rude and disrespectful to my son what a ghetto ass rude staff i do not suggest anyone go here with how they treat people my son walked out in tears after being treated so poorly

I had to stay at this hospital after surgery for colon cancer.  At first everything was fine.  The nurses were great and attentive.  However, after I had been there a week, I got a nursing assistant who was useless.  I asked her multiple times to get my nurse to change my dressings.  The nurse finally came in hours later and stated that no one ever told her I needed her!  Then later I asked for help to empty my ostomy bag.  She had me empty it in the toilet which of course splashed all over the place and right in my face.  She didn't clean the bag properly and it got on my leg.  I tried to complain to the floor nurse and she refused to come to my room even though I heard her outside my door.  I called her and she cut my off and hung up on me.  Then after discharge I tried to get an order for a home health nurse.  I left multiple messages and it took two weeks to get this order!  Now I have to go back for another procedure and they expect me to pay my full amount of my deductible which is $5000 or half and set up a payment plan.  I do not have a ton of money right now.  I have cancer and need treatment.  They do not care about the patient only the money.  It is very disappointing.  I have tried to contact someone with my concerns and no one responds.  No one cares apparently.
