Dr. Viegas overseen my several stays at Winter Haven Hospital. He was uncaring, did not listen to the patients or the nurses. Rather arrogant and distant. Not knowledgeable of his patients conditions, needs or aware of their health status. I believe that due to his overseeing my case and his inattention my health suffered tremendously.

I find it hard to believe that this dr can practice under a hospital which is held in high regards by the community. He acts like he has no time for his patients or the family members. Doesn't he realize we pay his salary. Maybe he needs to take some of the money that the hospital "GIVES HIM" (because he certainly isn't earning it) and get a job that doesn't require people contact. I had to give one star to record this but it actually would be a minus 5.
