The only one that answers the phone is the office answering machine. I have called and left as many as 4 messages on his machine and no one will return the call. If you can’t communicate your not a doctor He needs to go into research where he doesn’t need to talk to patients.

Been a patient for almost 30 years, unfortunately no one seems to care over there any more. It's rare that they even answer the phone. Extremely disappointed in Dr Magno and the Bond Clinic ! The patient is not their first priority. I will be looking elsewhere for medical care,

Dr. Alexander Magno is the best. help for general all round medical knowledge, patient care, and treatment. He listens to symptoms and has rightly determined the needed test or referral I've needed for the past 6 years. Grateful for his common sense, good humor and sincere care for his patients.

Dr. Mango has been my Doctor for years, and I am truly grateful! He is so down to earth, talks on your level, is very thorough and extremely caring. He looks at the whole picture...mind, body & spirit. He takes time with you (which is an amazing feat in today's world), he is humorous, listens intently and as you leave, you have that feeling like you just had a good talk with your friend. He is truly a rarity!

Dr. Magno is a rare gem in the mine of ordinary doctors. This man took the time and care to listen and evaluate my health issues. He truly took me seriously, and made every step he could have made to get a proper diagnosis (including sending me to specialists, ordering further testing) and treatment plan for me. He continues this same care my requesting follow up visits. Dr. Magno actually cares about my well being and for that I am so eternally thankful! Now I am pain free and feel so much better. He is kind, funny, and very intellectual. I could go on forever at how much I recommend him! I have never in all my years had a doctor actually look me in the eyes and not "hurry" the appointment along just to get it over. Thank you for listening, and I hope you have the same great experience.
