Nothing seems to be done in a timely manner. People without insurance and no support system really suffer from their lack of urgency.
I am very disappointed How I was treated at this facility.I was there 15 minutes prior to my appointment time per confirmation text.I waited in line to check in about 30 minutes,Just to be told two other people were early,And taken before me,I was told I'd have to wait.So I sat down to wait,So a nurse opens door for her next person,I kindly told her my deal, she attended to the situation right away, she brought me back, to See a Tanya, which I been coming coming here 5 years, well this women was rude as heck!! I ended up late for work saw no one,Why because she told me I'd have to sit and wait until she could get to me..this point its 1:50..appt.was 1:15..Tanya was very rude..to where I left and was late to work anyway, didn't get my medication refil. It's no wonder people end up in a suicidal position do to so called help like Tanya ggives..Basically brushed under the rug....thank you Baycare For the struggle instead of the help...never going back ...P.S lady at check In sucked as well..
If you care about your mental health (prescription wise), I would stay far away from this clinic. They're slammed to the max with patients. You'll find everything out after the fact when it comes to issues regarding refills, such as needing to see the doctor every three months for certain scripts, which is totally understandable, but they won't preemptively set the appointments while you are at the clinic, or call to set an appointment. You'll find out when you call for a refill on your scripts, 3 weeks prior to the prescription needing to be filled, that you need to see the doctor and the next available appointment is 3 months away. Or another example, my fiancees appointment was cancelled due to her doctor having an issue (also completely understandable, we all have emergencies and all that) but the next available appointment was 2 months out. This is unacceptable for a behavioral health clinic. They diagnose you, put you on prescriptions, and then you have to chase and beg to get an appointment for your prescriptions, but hey the risks from stopping prescriptions suddenly aren't a real thing. Strokes, mania, psychosis, nah none of that is a real factor.
Meena Mohan is my wife’s life coach at the behavioral center and she is awesome. She has helped my wife a lot and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help.
I wanted to talk to a counselor, so I signed up. They changed my meeting to an online meeting on late notice. When I got into the website for my appointment, I waited for 50 minutes before nobody showed up. Instead, the appointment timed out, and nobody at the facility will answer the phone even though it's under business hours.
I talked to my doctor a couple weeks ago about seeing someone for my mental health, when I talked about why he agreed. He sent a referral for me to see someone and I got a call the next day (a Friday). All last week I couldn’t bring myself to get up out of bed or early enough to go in to fill out new patient paperwork as I haven’t been sleeping well because of my mental health and anxiety. I was finally able to force myself up today to to do so. When I went in no one wanted to help so I just stood there till someone called me over. The lady I spoke to didn’t even look at and told me I’d have to go in Monday-Thursday next week. When I explained that today was the only day so far I’ve been able to get up to go she just repeated herself. She didn’t look at me till I turned away. I am going to try to find a new place that I can go to with my insurance. It was a complete waste of time and they showed no interest in helping at all
My husband just went for his latest appointment and wanted to talk to his doctor about getting a note for his service dog that he uses for his mental disability. The nurse and the doctor both refused to write the note stating that they could not write it without giving a reason why and thinking he only needed an emotional support dog. I have also tried the free program and after telling one of the therapists about an incident that happened with a family member I got brushed off and given some anger management paperwork. I do not recommend this place. Also the nurse was very adiment that his dog had to be professionally trained and certified both of which are against ADA law. If you have a service animal do not bring them here they were not helpful or accommodating at all. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
Had 3 different doctors in 3 years because they can’t keep staff. Was just informed my case has been “closed out” and cannot schedule an appointment or get a refill on meds because they went from automatically scheduling follow ups to having you do it yourself without bothering to tell anyone. DO NOT trust your mental health to these clowns. They 100% don’t give a sh!t about you.
I will not be returning!!!!
currently going here and cannot stand it. i’m being forced to miss a telehealth appointment because i have not been sent the link to join. i’ve called the office multiple times and all i get is a recording saying “thank you, goodbye”.this isn’t the first time i’ve called and had a recording cut me off. i once called and had a recording... pretend to be a real person... so i would talk and obviously no response since it’s a recording.this is so unacceptable. i can’t understand why a medical facility would do things like this. i have been off of my meds for weeks now and have experience awful withdrawal symptoms from my previous SSRIs.my therapist is also awful. she has given me incorrect information concerning hrt and transition multiple times and it’s VERY pushy. she takes over the entire session and then i’ve gained nothing from it. i will avoid coming back here at all costs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
