Need care? Go elsewhere Run Yesterday while my mother escorted my grandmother into this clinic they were both treated extremely poorly. The receptionist refused to look up and help them in any way. Refusing to even look up from her phone She refused to even open the door for my mother to join my grandmother in the back. When my mother asked why she was behaving so rudely she told my mother to leave and she had security escort her outside of the facility. The staff at this clinic have absolutely no respect whatsoever and have no idea how to treat their patients based on the NUMEROUS other reviews that mirror our experienceWe are absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the staff of this clinic and will tell all in the area to avoid it from now on.

Basically turned me away I arrived at 730 pm 30 mins before they closed as soon as I walked up the front lady gave me a mean look asked me why I there told the aggravating lady in the back and made me yell across the room I’m having stomach pain and I don’t ever know who this lady is says we can’t do anything we don’t have any blood work or anything… I left and will never go back to Bond Clinic.

Absolutely the rudest office staff bar none. Two women on duty Nasty and Nastier.Empathy and Caring had the day off.

This review is on the front desk ONLY the rest of the staff were great. I arrived to a waiting room with 1 patient. My husband brought me in by wheelchair as I had fallen and unable to bear weight thinking my leg was broken. The receptionist made no eye contact only said to stand behind the 6ft mark. We waited over 10minutes totally ignored. When she finally opened the window she asked why I was there and for my ID. I told here I thought my leg was broken while fighting back tears. We were instructed to go wait. After almost 45 minutes the nurse brought us back. She took one look and called the doctor in right away. She apologized and said their xray machine hadnt worked all day and wed need to go elsewhere. The receptionist KNEW why we were there making us wait only to be sent away. We have been patients of Bond clinic for over 30 years its really heartbreaking to see how you are treated outside of your PCP when youre in an emergent situation.
