Dr Lee is a great urologist Explains everything and little to no waiting. Very thorough.

Just had an appointment waited 1 12 after my appointment to be call back then another 45 minutes in a room for the dr just for me to see him for 2.5 min

They are very professional and courteous The staff answers all your questions so you know whats going on. The wait time in the office is very minimal.

My experience Office staff of 1 Dr nurse of another physician were condescending. When I attempted to switch physicians patient ‘advocate’ Elise said I couldn’t if the replacement I chose was in same ‘call group.’ Patients aren’t free to choose physicians of preference

Opportunity 1 Dr. Torres changed my BP med put me in the hospital the next week. Came back for a follow up visit a few days after release. They actually billed me for the visit that changed my meds the visit that determined I needed to go to the ER for admission and the visit for the subsequent follow up visit after release. And I racked up an $11000 bill from WH Hospital for a 16 hour stay.Opportunity 2 Had approval from insurance to get a CAT scan for lung cancer. I even took the approval letter to the office to find out whats next. The receptionist said someone would call me to schedule. Never happened insurance approval timedout and expired. Not a very competent group...
