List of Bond Clinic's Reviews
Opportunity #1 -Dr. Torres changed my BP med, put me in the hospital the next week. Came back for a follow up visit a few days after release. They actually billed me for the visit that changed my meds, the visit that determined I needed to go to the ER for admission and the visit for the subsequent follow up visit after release. And I racked up an $11,000 bill from WH Hospital for a 16 hour stay.Opportunity #2 -Had approval from insurance to get a CAT scan for lung cancer. I even took the approval letter to the office to find out what's next. The receptionist said someone would call me to schedule. Never happened, insurance approval timed-out and expired. Not a very competent group...
The doctors and staff are really good and knowledgeable. Although the messaging system is really bad. Don’t rely on leaving a voicemail. It will never get returned. To set appointment and emergency appointments talk to a nurse #3 because a voicemail will do nothing.
Best place ever in town to get a mammogram. Low wait time.5-10 min
Always have labs and use this campus. Very friendly staff!
There is a phlebotomist at the Central Avenue location, named April, who is absolutely amazing!! I have had very bad experiences over the years at many locations with phlebotomists and nurses finding a vein to take my blood. I dread having blood drawn. I have rolling veins and difficult to find veins. April ALWAYS locates and draws blood the first needle stick! She is excellent at her job, very professional and friendly. Thank you, April!!
I was 10 weeks pregnant when I moved to Florida. I had my paperwork faxed over to this office and by the time they put everything through and called me to schedule a appointment I was 13 weeks and the person I spoke to on the phone told me that the doctor wouldn’t take me as a new patient because I was 12 weeks pregnant. That was absolutely ridiculous. I suggest you go to the Celebration OBGYN in the celebration hospital.
Long wait times, staff never calls back
My opinion and experience only. My followup appointment was at the offices at 198 Ave B NW, Winter Haven FL with Dr. Christopher Miller, MD or Ms. Bobbie Skukowski, ARNP - I never really knew until I got there which would be taking my appointment. The office seems be in Chaos. My appointment was canceled, then rescheduled twice (three time really, but one was for Hurricane Michael). The automated system called to reconfirm and I reconfirmed with the computer. When I showed up, my appointment had once again been canceled and there was nobody there to see me.I'd done blood almost two months prior and had not seen a copy. So, I asked if I could at least have a copy of my lab results. They were provided.I was told I'd receive an appointment sheet and blood draw order in the mail for a new appointment in four months.Four months? I hadn't even seen anyone for the current appointment. The paperwork for the appointment and new lab draw never showed up in the mail. So, I have no idea if I have an appointment in four months or not. Even if they had made the appointment, I would have no blood draw from them.Further, I needed refills on prescriptions. Making sure my prescriptions were refilled was on my list to talk about. I'm sure I could have phoned and ask that the prescriptions be refilled. However I'm not looking for "doctor by phone messages".I came home and made an appointment to see my primary care and now am being treated with a new plan and new doctors that do not involve the Bond Clinic. My primary care addressed my prescription concerns and order a blood draw and followup.Your mileage my vary, but this is my experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
