Cecilia Arango's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Arango refused to help until she got all my medical records from previous PCP, which I understand but when she did get all my medical records she failed to read any of them and called me a liar when I told her what I was diagnosed with and refused to send me to the proper specialist for my condition. When you check out, Dr. Arango announces to everyone in hear shot what your problem is, any rx's, follow up info and just tells all your business right to everyone, no privacy in this practice at all, HIPPA disregarded here and there are no doors on the practice so everyone in the hallway hears your business too. She did not listen to me, just called me a liar and went about like I was nothing. Even after being admitted to the hospital she still refused to listen to me.

This Dr. Was extremely disrespectful! I typically saw her nurse practitioner. When I was at a recent appointment I asked about some new medications. The NP called in the wrong prescription which should have sent a red flag as that medication is the same as another that I was already on. When I tried to correct them, I was met with aggressive and rude conversation. When I explained that the medication I requested sounded the same as the one that was incorrectly prescribed she said I was lying. Avoid at all costs.

Please save yourself the time and energy and go literally anywhere else. I don't like complaining, but I don't want anyone else to go through the frustration I have. The staff never answers the phone, and contacting patient support twice never changed anything. I have run out of multiple prescriptions due to this. Dr. Arango herself tried to tell me that Xanax doesn't treat panic attacks. I had to explain to her how a medication works. That alone should be reason enough to run away and not look back.

Please save yourself the trouble and seek other care. I booked an appointment a month in advance and had a 15 min conversation with the receptionist via phone- only to show up at my scheduled appointment day/time and have the receptionist say they have “no record of it”. Mind you I took off of work for this and drove 35 minutes. It’s also an appointment for a referral to a cardiac surgeon (which my cardiologist already sent, but my insurance requires a referral from my PCP). To call this place an awful doctor’s office would be a compliment ….

Terrible doctor. Not sure how she can be so rude and uncaring, as she waddles herself from room to room being so loud and obnoxious. I will not return to see her. I might not return to Bond Clinic. With her reviews, I'm not sure how they keep her on staff.

I switched to Dr Arango in order to get better care as my previous dr was due to retire. Upon starting in with her my previous dr had me on 90 pills a month for cluster headaches that I suffer, Dr Arango dropped me to 30 which is nearly impossible to control them when i suffer 2 to 3 each day that I have them, that leaves me sufferingup to 15 days . Then she went on vacation without refilling my blood pressure medicine. Thank God Walmart took care of me. Now shes on vacation again and I requested a refill on my pain medication back on June 24th and to date (July 13) I have been suffering without medicine since because her NP also refused to fill it. This is neglectful and very unprofessional. I am having to change drs once again and would NEVER recommend her or her staff to anyone.

The office was not that good the doctor is no good she's very rude and disrespectful I would never have her as a doctor ever again and I would not recommend nobody I have slipped and fell at Walmart and injured my right side I try to let her know what's going on she didn't do nothing or anything and I'm so messed up from my right side from the slip and fall she did not do anything about it

Attempted to call 6 times in as many hours. No answer and /or disconnected. Receptionist does not answer when call does go thru and requests you leave a message, which she never returns
