Went for results of a cancer biopsy and was told by 3 staff that Dr. Brooker does not allow spouses in the room. Wanted to leave right then but really needed those results so wife told me to stay and she would wait but first informed them that they were violating my rights as a senior citizen. One employee said she would double check, came back and said Dr Brooker again said no spouses. Wife went to the car to file a complaint and when the Dr asked how I was, I explained to him what had just happened and he immediately yelled at a staff to go get my wife, telling me he never instructed that she could not be with me. One staff member went to the car to get my wife telling her several lies about why they wouldn’t let her in. They all need a lesson in patients rights and there own policies as this episode has been devastating. We will now seek care elsewhere.

Was at his office 5 weeks ago with trouble swallowing and choking. Was going to scan and X-ray my throat. I have called several times and only can leave voice mails.

Difficulty with scheduling, nursing staff unprofessional and rude! Worst experience ever in minor surgery experience! Cancelled my last appointment after minor surgery because I had such an upsetting experience!
