I would NEVER go to this office (Dr. Teffeau). I waited a month-and-a-half for an appointment, only to be called less than 24 hours before to tell me that he wasn't listed as my PCP and would not see me. Incredibly unprofessional.
I could write a book. However I'll just be blunt. My husband and I have been patients with Bond Clinic for 20+ years. The decline in patient care is NEGLECTFUL! Dr Juan Rivera, being our primary CARE Physician staff are NEGLECTFUL. Never answers the phones, never returns messages, are not proactive with outside Specialist, does not have patients CARE skills, and are HORRIBLE with following thru with assuring our medical needs are met. Looks like I'll be going to the hospital for the fourth time as my health is declining because I have been waiting since June 15 th for Dr Riveras staff to follow thru COMPLETELY with a referral my outside GI Dr submitted. I am DONE! My husband and I have obtained a new Primary CARE Physician outside of Bond Clinic. I understand that our decision doesn't affect Bond Clinic. We are just a number, as we have been treated as such. I hope Bond Clinics Administration has access to these rating and comment
No one answers the phone in the billing department. I am calling the two extensions provided on the bill and there is NEVER a response. No matter what time I call between 8am - 5pm.
Just pick an independent doctor not associated to this place and you will be better
Horrible service, they just cant seem to answer the phone or return messages, fax referrals or answer a pharmacy to refill prescriptions. You can spend hours and still get no results. Nerve racking.
I just got discharged this week from physical therapy following rotator cuff surgery. Every therapist I worked with was friendly and highly skilled. They all definitely knew their art and craft. They paid close attention to my reactions during therapy and shifted activity when needed. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this clinic.
Have been trying for over a month to get refills for my meds called and left messages at Drs office haven't received any response.
Appointment cancelled to a later date and I can't get my diabetic supplies on time before I run out. Last appointment cancelled twice.
My husband and I have been so pleased with the many visits to both our primary and the many specialists that we have seen through Bond Clinic. The ability to have them all working together with our care has been so satisfying. Great group. I would and do recommend friends to check you out. I have to say that I no longer can give this type of review. Would like to discuss with someone the multitude of problems but I have tried to call patients advocate three times, and she assured me a year ago that I would get a respond with in 24 hours, but have not even gotten a call back. . Two offices, Dr. Gambaro and Dr. Velez have answered calls or gotten back to us in timely manner, but those are the only two. My husband could not have the necessary procedure when it was scheduled because even my insurance company could not get ahold of doctor for a whole day. With my husband's cancer it is imperative that I know that I can reach doctors. I don't have that confidence. Then when I take him in I noted that three employees are just casually sitting around and no phones are ringing. If things are SO backed up then why are they not active. Three times lately I have left messages that were never returned. I HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET ANYTHING DONE. CANCER spreading as I fight to get anything processed
Great doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
