They are usually pretty good but... This visit was a real challenge. First, My grandson and one of my great granddaughters was supposed to be there for a cleaning. But I found out they just had a cleaning in August, so I kept them out of school for nothing. Second, my other great granddaughter did have a cleaning done but we had to wait over an hour for the dentist to examine her and let me know if she needed further treatment.

The best kids Dentistry I've ever came across in Florida. The waits r not always so long. They have so many customers... 1hr is a regular wait time for a busy place like this... but usually we get thru sooner than that. Friendly staff and organized. They take Medicaid and the only annoying thing is waiting with loud talking patiences. They get the job done ✔️... makes the child feel safe and comfortable. I know my child is in safe hands. And I can relax and breath easy and let them do their jobs..

Front desk help is trash!!!! Appointment card has the Appointment for 8:00A.M, we ask what the problem was because we have been sitting here since 7:40ish and it was about to be 8:30. The lady said the Appointment was actually for 9:00 & laughed about it. & Shrugged her sholders and said it was a Mistake. what is so funny???? After 8 people that were put infront of us, you still dint make us a priority???? Do better. Not to mention that the first lady didn't say anything about the Appointment being at 9 A.M. No I apologize, no I will put you infront of the next Appointments, No anything! This place is full of it.

They called today after over two week appointment day to confirm my appointments I confirmed the appointments and asked there is 3 that was scheduled and she said no only two I told her we need to cancel and get all three on the schedule. I also explained it confirmed 3 on text .She put me on hold then hung up. Lack of unprofessional behavior like this should not be acceptable your clients keep you in business. No clients no check

STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I ENJOY TAKING MY KIDS HERE . PROVIDERS ARE GREAT AND INFORMING.

What a nightmare. My daughter has braces and needed to have a cavity filled. We scheduled for the bracket to be removed and the work to be done this morning several weeks ago with both places. We go and have the bracket removed by her orthodontist and then drive an hour to have her dental work completed. My wife gets in there and the receptionist tells her she tried calling to confirm the appointment and whoever they talked to told them my daughter wasn’t available so they canceled the appointment. Needless to say, she didn’t have the correct number for my wife, my daughter or myself. Never even heard of the number she said she called. Don’t know how they got that number but she told my wife they update their phone numbers daily. I just don’t know what kind of sense that makes but it definitely doesn’t seem effective. The lady then asked if we wanted to reschedule the appointment since we weren’t going to be seen after all this happened like we did something wrong. 😑 Definitely not going back. Unorganized is an understatement. 👎🏽👎🏽

Their staff is really friendly. Dr. Lopez Rivera took good care of my son in his visit today. He felt comfortable and was so happy with her.

The first appointment for my daughter was fine except for receiving a receipt that had another patient’s name on it. They marked it out and put my daughter’s name on it then later sent a text asking for payment. The waiting room is dirty, I was afraid to let my child touch the toys. When I tried to reschedule my daughter’s second appointment, I called 6 times over two weeks where I was told that the scheduling person would call me back but never did. I finally said I wanted the appointment cancelled in a vm to the office. The only help I received was when two different people called me from two unrecognized numbers today to say that if I don’t confirm her appt then it will be cancelled. Wtf? A simple call back would have avoided all this. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional office I’ve dealt with and will not be back.
