List of Craig Glaser's Reviews
I was sent there from work, for a work injury. I was waiting in the waiting for 15 minutes, just to be sent out 5 minutes later. I have an injured wrist, which was documented at work, and they sent me there under workers comp. The doctor, who didn’t even do an X-ray, diagnosed me, with a pre-existing condition. He also told me that my injury wasn’t even a work injury, and that he couldn’t do anything for me. I had asked him what I should do for work, considering I work in a warehouse, and asked if I could get a doctors note, saying that I should do light duty. Not only did he tell me that I should go to my primary doctor, but he also told me that I should quit my job and find another one. His whole demeanor was offensive and upsetting. I was disgusted with The experience that I had. Not only him, but the front desk clerks, were just off putting. They seemed as if they didn’t even want to be there. Their attitude was outrageous and I honestly cannot believe that people like them, work in the medical field.
Brought my daughter in with a severe headache that’s lasted almost 8 hours at this point and ibuprofen has not helped. When he came into the room he was loud I explained again she had a bad headache. His volume stayed the same even though my 11 year old was cringing in pain every time he spoke. He came back into the room to tell us her strep test was negative again extremely loud. My daughter then asked him if he could please speak more quietly and ignored her. Causing her more pain. Told us she has a stomach bug and sent us on our way. I’ve never seen a Dr so unprofessional, uncaring, and just plain disrespectful. It’s an 11 year old child and she’s in pain. The only reason we went here was because her pediatrician didn’t have any appointments and walk ins were already closed.
Went in with a headache and the doctor was loud and obnoxious. Since I could not hold down food I asked for a shot for the pain which he denied and prescribed anti-nausea medicine and said it was a stomach bug. Unfriendly and looking at other reviews, I am unsure how he is still affiliated with Advent Health.
I was there Wednesday for an injury follow up and the guys appearing to be a doctor because the treatment he provided was not of a professional nor a licensed medical provider Craig Glaser came to the room with paper on hand already completed gave me a diagnostic base only on one thing (I am going to be specific due to privacy) and when I denied that and tried to explain him the issue and symptoms the guy started to yelled at me and diminished me because I work on retail and was not a doctor. He also did all that while having the room door open so everyone outside could hear him (violated my privacy). The guy also diminished the previous ARNP Zack diagnosis and asked me to leave without being evaluated and with the worst experience ever. I contacted twice the consumer line for @adventhealth in the Florida corporate office spoke with representative Ryan and reported this guy Craig Glaser no one has reached out to me yet. I don’t recommend this person. I do recommend the ARPN Zack he was kind, courteous and professional at all times.
awful service. went to check my toe after I stumble against a corner walk and a box of tiles. he didn't even look at it. ordered an xray, he came back to tell me it wasn’t broken, bye. I asked him for a paper to give my manager so I could stay work sitting next day. He denied and walk away.
Went in for a Urgent care visit for inflamed tonsils, nurse and staff were caring and attentive. Waited for Dr. Craig Glaser to give me a treatment and check out my throat. When he arrived in the room, he asked me to open my mouth, saw the swollen tonsil, said I have strep throat and left. Maybe saw me for only 30 seconds. I tried to have testing done since I have had Strep before and knew this wasn't strep. Told him i had severe jaw pain, ear pain, and was having difficulties opening my mouth. He said it wasn't needed, and that strep was going around this time of year. Gave me a 4 day antibiotic prescription with ibuprofen and told me to leave. I have gone through the treatment, and its day 8, still inflamed tonsils, jaw pain, ear pain, and difficulties opening my mouth. I tried to call the Advent in Winter Haven that I went to if I can get a refill on my prescriptions since the treatment given to me by the Dr. didn't work. They said i would have to come back in, pay the $75 again, and see another Doctor. Absolutely ridiculous. This Doctor is dangerous and should not be allowed to treat patients. He has ZERO regard for the health of his patients and tries to finish his visits as fast as possible.
The doctor on duty who refused to see me was Craig Glaser. I don't have motorcycles insurance because it is not required. A car accident caused a car to stop short in front of me and I hit them. I have health insurance, which I brought because I've been dizzy with vertigo like symptoms. They refused to see me. The doctor would not even speak to me to explain. The staff acted like they were just trying to get rid of me.
Had vertigo symptoms but was refused to be seen because I mentioned a vehicle which does not require car insurance. I have medical insurance and provided it but was still refused. The staff checking me in was rude unprofessional and seemed as though they just wanted to get rid of me. Like it was the end of their shift or something. Look at the other reviews for "Dr." Craig Glaser.
I came in with pretty basic symptoms: runny nose, sneezing, minor cough, headache, fatigue, and a sore throat with almost no voice which was the main catalyst for my visit. The entire nursing staff was kind, patient and attentive. I asked if they could do a COVID test as well since I needed a negative test to return to work. They said the were unfortunately all out of test for the day. When Dr. Glaser came in to see me, he sped threw my symptoms list, then took a quick look at my throat which resulted in a diagnosis of allergies that "probably irritated my throat" and he left before I could go any further. Another nurse came in... I asked about a steroid shot to get my voice back and again pushed for a COVID test. They said let me ask the doctor. He came back in briskly, dismissively agreed to the test and said someone would be in with the shot. That was it. I got the phone call less than an hour later that I was in fact Positive for COVID. I had to call back and try to speak to the office manager before I could get those results emailed to me for work. I just found out that my friend asked, after recovering in the hospital from COVID with a collapsed lung, if he suggested a vaccine and Dr. Craig Glaser told him "NO" because "the spike proteins that can affect your heart, etc" This man is dangerous. This is unacceptable.
Calming attitude quickly get you diagnosed and get you back to your daily activities I highly recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
