Jason Donay, PA-C is the best. He took care of my husband while in the hospital and post operatively. He was very professional and very understanding. It has taken 8 months to get on the road to recovery and Jason was a big part of that.

Add more doctors like Dr. Haq. He is well versed, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and caring. He took his time with us and explained in detail the upcoming procedure. People need to be assured of their health and given the opportunity for Q&A's as it pertains to their health so they may make the right decisions moving forward in their lives.

from the very beginning, the nurse who recorded my vitals to the time Dr. Evans came in everyone was very nice and made the visit very pleasant and helpful.

Morally bankrupt surgeon, PA, staff. (assuming Dr. Dodd as well since it's same office, staff, same PAs...). AVOID Winter Haven Hospital/BayCare as if your life depends on it, and it does!!! Facility standards fallen to crap in 10yrs. CARDIAC UNIT is well below standard in all respects (on-call cardiologists & pulmonologists...bottom of the barrel). Terminal lung condition found in 1st admission (NEVER told to me by anyone, anytime, found it in my records 2yrs later!!) then ignored at EVERY visit/admission over 2yrs while treatment during life-threatening bronchospasm events were denied and withheld, complaints ignored (treated bronchospasm as a mental problem even after O2sat of 81 in ambulance!!), PLUS, unnecessary cardioversion (heart shocking when IN rhythm), unnecessary/bad drug (amiodarone) , etc etc etc. Just avoid this place like the plague!

This doctor was most helpful in explaining the reason for a particular test being required while my husband was in the hospital. I also agreed with all his reasoning for not doing a particular continuing protocol. Great bedside manner.
