I drive an hour to this office because they treat me with great kindness. The bald gentleman and the receptionist will bend over backwards to help you and the prescriber genuinely wants everyone to be well.

I have been going to Dr today for a few months now and I would highly recommend this Dr. Office (I love them) So give them a try you want be let down. Thanks for your help. Dr today ;) <3

Dirty.... Doctor walks in late and leaves early.. Very rude Dr she doesn't listen to her patients too busy worrying about money. Go somewhere else, doctor is terrible and unprofessional.

This place is the most nastiest doctors office I have ever seen exam rooms not clean lobby not clean the nurses and everyone in the office is very rude

Don't come to this place if you are really sick they don't care if you are in pain or not

This place is a joke! to the lady who refused to give me medication today because she insinuated that I was wanting more pain medication for personal purposes as if I were a medication addict! One day you will get sick too like me and karma will pay you back! I'm in the hospital on morphine right now in pain because this place refused to give me medicine, and my surgery would be next Wednesday so I wouldn't need to go back for more medicine. They don't care if you're in pain or not, besides, this naughty old woman who received me at the appointment is rude, she didn't say good morning, much less said goodbye after refusing to help me, even medicine for spasms. refused. When you're stuck on a stretcher you'll remember me and you'll know why! because karma does not fail. Don't go to that place! they don't care about the patient and are very ignorant. I also wanted to highlight the time I asked them to make an appointment with a urologist for me and they made an appointment with a nephrologist! I spent days at home in pain because these people don't care about the patients! I waited at home in pain to get to an appointment and discovered that they sent me to a nephrologist even though I needed a urologist. I will say once again karma will get you! and once again, guys look for another place, this place here, they already know they are bad at what they do, that's why they work so poorly. (the Bartow doctor is nice, he's a kind and polite gentleman but I don't have anything else good to say other than that about this place)

The primary goal of this place seems to be milking Medicaid and insurance companies whole screwing up prescriptions as much as possible

Tried to be seen today for possible sinus infection. I was told oh sorry we are getting ready to close even though they are open for another 30 min. Are you kidding me. Would give them a zero. I work as well

I went to the Winterhaven office this was my 3 rd time going never had a issue but just today I went in with a migraine head the dr comes in didn’t shut the door ask me what was wrong I told her I wanted a shot an plus prescribe me some medicine she didn’t call in my prescription this places like this is a joke all they want is your money from your insurance but I have news for them I’m not paying not 1 dime thst so sad that why no one don’t like going there then I had to wait for the girl to come from lunch to give me my shot I was really getting impatient but this will be my last time coming to that facility
