Worst front desk staff I’ve ever dealt with. I waited over a month and a half just to get a simple pre-approval. Nobody ever answers the phone—no matter what day or time you call, it’s always the same. They clearly don’t value your time, and it feels like they don’t care about their patients at all. When you finally get someone on the phone, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. The front desk, especially Susan, is extremely unprofessional. My honest advice: find another office that actually cares about helping people, because this one definitely doesn’t. And Susan, maybe it’s time to find another job or consider retiring.

This is the first appointment with this place and I am not impressed at all. Actually I feel intimidated and the staff of 3 woman sitting at the desk are not friendly, are talking to each other and when I had a question, what, was the answer. Told to come back.. ok. Had to ask again if I was told to come back, do I pick my room? As it seemed to be an effort to be walked down to a room and the door closed. The questions asked on the new patient paperwork had very little to do with the reason Im here and more with the assumption that I'm here for drugs. I don't feel this place is going to help me. All before I've even seen the Dr. I was placed in a room, not told anything of who I was seeing, who ' they' were. No vitals, no one checked on me and I was back in a room by myself for a long time. I wrote this review, and now I am leaving. I've paid my copay. And expected to be treated with respect. This place is unprofessional, I've waited almost 3 months for this appointment, for this ..

Tried to make an appointment as new patient. TRIED is the key word. The man that took my information could not understand anything I said. My husband tried to give the man my information and he still couldn't comprehend. He didn't understand our group number or ID number. We have awesome insurance and have never had a problem with verification. After four failed attempts to relay my information I counted it as a RED FLAG and hung up. I gave a 1 star for the Excel Spine & Pain office personnel performance.
