Dishonest and shady. Then he makes his nurse do his rude bidding for him while he hides in his office. He does not know what he’s doing as a doctor.

Dr is OK..not very caring and doesn’t seem interested in the patient, always wants to brush it off with meds...and receptionist is terrible, have left several messages and no call back, nothing even after I called back several times, she never picks up the phone. So I had to drive there just to make an appointment! So I chose to change doctors, I believe the dr should be more aware of how his receptionist is handling HIS patients!

Dr. Arana goes into detail explaining the results from the lab work and previous medical histories. Although it takes too long to see him, once he is with you he does an excellent job. The girl at the front desk makes this an extremely difficult experience. She is very unfriendly and very obnoxious.
