I had two surgeries at Day Surgery with Dr. Gambaro and I am very satisfied with the kindness responsibility and professionalism of the Dr. and all the staff. The nurses are amazing🤗 they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you all

I came here with my grandma for her appointment they told her to come early at 9 even though her appointment was at 10 we’ve waited in the lobby for 3+ hours for them to then tell us that the surgeon is behind two hours rather than calling ahead and specifying there will be a wait or pushing the appointment back they then proceeded to tell her if she reschedules she will have to pay upfront at her next appointment and that she has two more people ahead of her to just wait. she didn’t leave the lobby and go into her appointment till 2303 even though her appointment was at 10. The bathrooms are disgusting there’s urine all over the seats no one went and cleaned it the entire time i was here. I definitely do not recommend save your time and money please

First let me say that the center provided me 5 star care. The caveat to this is that I inadvertently overpaid by $600 in March and April. After REPEATED phone calls and promises to return my money we are over half way through June and I STILL havent received my money. I have absolutely NO doubt that had I been late with my payments I would have been sent to a collection agency.Do I have to contact a lawyer to get this rectified?

I had an outstanding experience for a colonoscopy this morning Dr Gambaro surgeon..EVERONE from the initial person taking temps to Michel the wonderful nurse the team in the surgical suite and Steve in maintenance..just exemplary...thank you

It was excellent meaning I dont believe it could have been better. I had a colonoscopy there Dr Panera operating. Was perfect no complaints or even close.

I just had a colonoscopy done there and my son took me and was going to run an errand but come back early enough to pick me up when I was done. I told the person who asked me who was going to pick me up and she asked me where he was. I told her he was in Orlando and he would return to pick me up. She immediately Called him and told him to come soon because I would be done before 12 PM. It was 1000 and I was just getting to the bed after changing my clothes. So they had not started to do anything yet Needless to say that my son rushed to get me and HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR for me to come out. I felt like I was on an Express line when I woke up from the anesthesia they gave me my clothes told me to get dressed and 3 minutes later asked me if I was done Then I rushed to get dressed told her I was ready. She went over the discharge instructions in about 2 minutes then bought the wheelchair and took me out of bed and placed me on the wheelchair and OUT THE DOOR Mind you she never had me sit on the bed for a while to see if I would get dizzy? When she took me out where my son had been waiting for over an hour This is unacceptable for customer service standards It ruined the experienceIm giving this review because of the actions of a particular person the others were great and very professional. Also after getting home and reviewing the discharge instructions I noticed a form that talks about tips to prevent fallsgiving directions on what to do while IN THE SURGERY CENTER Hey thats useless now Would have helped if they would have included this information when you fill out the paperwork online.
