Horrible experience. I will never return to your facility nor will my family members. Complete lack of empathy by the ER provider. I was in the ER for over 14 hrs with absolutely nothing done about the issue that sent me there in the first place. Ended up in Watson clinic after leaving Winter Haven hospital where they took excellent care of me, actually listened to my concerns and performed the right tests. I'm sure I will be receiving the bill soon from the hospital- a ridiculous amount for doing nothing. For anyone who is concerned with having your protected health infornation kept private, I highly advise going elsewhere. The staff will give out your information over the phone without any permission what so ever.

I went in 3 times due to pneumonia and I was taking care of, it was a difficult time and from the Front desk thru the nurses and doctors they were attentive, compassionate and understanding. Thanks to all! I’m doing better today and back to work.

I am a nurse of 47 years thirty years in the hospital ,15 years in critical care and ER.Moved to Florida the end of July and retired.I was treated great by all staff,in a timely manner.in the ER process.I was impressed in all areas.Thank You for your service.

Best visit I have ever had with the exception of the ER doctor misdiagnosed my condition. I had kidney stones but were so small that they were not causing my pain. My backed up system was the problem. My primary doctor seen in the imaging that I was greatly blocked and treated me according and the pain eventually went away without any treatment for kidney stones

Everyone we met from the doctor down to the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Nurses were attentive and caring. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Never seen the doctor prescribe a medication without it curing it and then sending me home

They said they sent you the bill via mail and email when they never didn't. But of course, a year after, they were sent to collection to mess up your credit.

Dr. Dodd and staff were professional and a very concerned team. My bypass surgery was excellent and hospital staff and all concerned were very courteous. Top rated Dr's. and hospital I could not have ask for better cared during my heart surgery!
