Diagnosed with throat cancer @Moffet cancer center but living in Winter Haven transferred care to the Cassidy cancer center and Dr. Bhutiani. His team was extremely professional and friendly during 7 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy. Now 100 % cancer free I can't thank them enough.
He was my oncology radiation doctor He is very kind and caring I wish the other doctors at Cassidy cancer center were just a little like him
I was referred to Dr. Inder Bhutiani in early 2021 after I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I had a lot of confidence in him because of his extensive experience in the field. At the time, I was trying to decide whether to have surgery or radiation treatment using seed implants (brachytherapy). I was leaning towards the seed implant treatment but before I made a decision, I asked Dr. Bhutiani whether I’d be able to remove the prostate if the cancer returned. He replied that if the radiation treatment did not work, the prostate could be removed to eradicate the cancer. That made my decision easier, so I opted for brachytherapy. The seed implant procedure was done in mid-March 2021, and it turned out to be the worst decision I have ever made. My quality of life has significantly deteriorated. Eighteen months later, I’m still not able to urinate properly due to a narrowing of the urethra near the bladder neck, frequent urination and multiple seeds migrating to different parts of my body, including my lungs. I contacted the Mayo Clinic to try to find a solution to the severe side effects. The doctor at the Mayo Clinic told me that removal of the prostate after undergoing radiation treatment is out of the question because the wound would never heal, it would lead to permanent incontinence, leakage into the abdomen and might cause rectal fistula. Three other urologists have told me the same thing. I have since learned that this is basic medical knowledge that Dr. Bhutiani should have known about. I understand he’s not a urologist, but as an oncologist he should know the effect of radiation on organ tissue. My main regret is that I didn’t go to a more specialized cancer center like Moffitt in Tampa or the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Their technology is superior to anything the Winter Haven hospital has to offer. I will continue to regret my decision until I go to my grave.
A GREAT DR. WITH OUT STANDING MANORS. HIS NURSE S. ARE. JUST AWESOME. THEY REALLY LOOK OUT FOR YOU
Dr. Bhutiani is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. When my husband had tongue cancer and was at his sickest, Dr. Bhutiani wrapped him up in a blanket, put his arms around him and told him he was going to take care of him. And he did! My husband is in his second year cancer free! Dr. Bhutiani saw our fear and pain and listened to us. He and his great staff took care of everything!
very caring . Helped me cope with my illness .
My wife had major complication from his mismanagement and she can not breath
Dr. Bhutiani is a very kind good physician. He took excellent care of my mother and he and his staff guided us through the whole treatment process. God bless Dr. Bhutiani and his staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
