The facility is always clean! The equipment always cleaned between each user. The office manager is the best at her job, you can tell by the atmosphere and interaction between her and her team. The doctors are friendly and completely approachable. Dr Davis and Dr Brush go above and beyond to make you comfortable with care and answer questions before the do any adjustments. But the real 5 star staff, the therapy team- Mariah, CJ, Sam, Claudia, & Erique, they are beyond words. Making sure they explain what to do and what it’s working. Getting ice or a wedge to make therapy more comfortable. I look forward to my appointments because I know it’s like going to see family. They know my name but they took the extra time to learn more about me. They don’t just do their job, they do it with pride and personality. Even in a difficult time they made me smile and encouraged me to keep going and not give up. I recommend Complete Care- IPM to anyone with pain no matter the cause, they will work on a plan to get you back and better than ever.
