Dr Pilkington took care of my stones, he was compassionate, had great bedside manners and excellent knowledge of removal of stones. Very caring!!! He was recommended by advent in an emergency situation and we couldn't have been happier!

My husband took me to Lake Wales ER because I had several large kidney stones blocking my left kidney. We sold our home in Jacksonville and was visiting the area living in a vacation home trying to find a permanent residence. I knew nobody here but had to have help. Dr.Pilkington was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about stones and my condition. He explained the procedure well to me and my husband and there was no question surgery was in my very near future. He was very sympathetic and took his time with me. I feel that he is the best if the best and in very pleased with the level if care I received! Dr. Pilkington is a great doctor in my opinion.
