This Dr seems to want to make his time with you really quick he first seems like he wants to help but then you complain about something and there he goes trying to justify poor office response to patient They know how to contact you for appointment but can't answer phones it goes straight to voice message once i called 8 times left 3 messages not 1 call back well besides this his ways i don't care for and refuse to have a person who is supposed to care for you treat you as an object in an assembly line whatever happen to the promise they make to treat patients with respect and do there best to help heal not antagonize and stress out the very person who is paying him

Jennifer (MA) in this office is "in charge" when dr is out of the office. She has a power trip & is rude, argumentative, not empathetic, hateful, cocky and condescending. I have filed a grievance against this office due to her negligent care while the dr is out of town. Too much power given to someone who went to school for 1 year. I do not know if she is just stupid or actually totally heartless. Avoid this office due to this MA. It is a real shame that Dr. Torres is willing to let a lowly MA ruin his practice & reputation.

Both my husband and myself been with Dr. Torres for two years and have never had a problem. He has always been kind, takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and makes sure that we leave the office satisfied. He does run behind from time to time, BUT, when you receive the best quality of care, it is to be expected. As far as the previous comment goes, it couldn’t be farther from the truth of who Dr. Torres is. If you want to be treated like a number and nothing else, there are plenty of other doctors for that. If you want a Doctor who honestly cares about you as a patient and goes the extra mile, he is the one for you.

Dr. Torres is the finest professional medical doctor I have had in my entire life. No doctor cared about DTVs in both legs and anything I may have at 73. I was referred to Dr. T. while in WH Hospital with DTV in 2017. From my first visit, he was extremely professional and orders every test imaginable to assure he has the whole story of my health! He is friendly, caring and makes me feel special. He cares deeply about his patients and his staff is beyond compare! Thank you, Dr. T!

I couldn’t ask for a better Dr for my mom! Dr Torres listens first and then explains your treatment and makes sure you understand everything before leaving! He treats you like family not a number like most Drs do! I wish my issuance was excepted so I could see Dr Torres! I have seen many drs and walked out on them for not having the bedside manor to care, Dr Torres does and that’s what makes him special! Worth the wait and time to have him be my moms Dr

Unproffecional doctor, my husband and I are very displeased and will not be going back there. This doctor was rude and not patient oriented.

Ken Lewis is feeling happy. 8 mins · OK Peeps, after moving 120 miles north of my 13 year residence in at Ft. Myers Beach some 9+ months ago I connected with a 45+/- year old Primary Care doctor. One of his comments was that his father was about my age. From that point forward I was subjected to about every diagnostic test available to man. Well, I have a sub par Thyroid output AND a Thoracic Aneurism at 4.2 cm. Thanks to his insistance on all of these tests I am now on medication to help with

Dr. Torres diagnosed me with a serious situation that no Dr. Has been able to for years. Every doctor I have been to and every emergency room visit has said my symptoms were all stress related. With in 10 minutes of discussing and reviewing my records from night before emegamcy room visit he deducted that I need my gallbladder removed. He is friendly, listens and not at all in a hurry. I was told by ER to follow up in 1 day Dr. Torres office had me in that day
