It is very frustrating trying to get to an individual office without being passed around about 10 times. Why cant each location have their own phone number? I plan on changing to private physician and am willing to give up LRH

What i hate the most is that they doesnt have a direct phone number. You have to call to the main office and go through the robooperator till the operator answer and then theyll transfer you over....

I went to the winter haven office and was seen by Dr Dsouza..she provided exceptional care.She was very kind very informative and very down to earth.The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING they were so kind they all displayed professionalism at its highest They made me want to come back again...just to name a few ClaudineLeahStephonKimberlyLadonyaYahte these young women really stood out to me.i was blown away with the great care and respect that was given to me...I am so glad I chose this officeThis is the first Drs office I actually felt really confident about since I moved to Florida

I used to see Dr. Alvarez when I was a minor until I was a teenager he was great when I became 1819 or so I started seeing Dr. DSouza she is awesome. explains everything takes her time refers you to a specialist if needed is always asking other questions about your health that she may have concerns about that I never paid attention to. I highly recommend

Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Eason are just examples of the best doctors. Very knowledgeable they explain everything thoroughly and they are very compassionate. I live in Davenport and dont mind making the drive for their exceptional service

Ive seen 2 different doctors and I can honestly say that Im pleased with their knowledge. The wait time was decent I waited 20 minutes for a sick busy that I scheduled a day before. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the whole waiting lobby. When I walked in there I felt like I was walking into a ghetto health department. It really needs updating to meet the standards of a nice and clean looking pediatric office.

Overbooked all the time inconsiderate of appointment times. They want you to arrive early but no matter how early you still have to wait. Not the best place to go for working parents

I recently started bringing my son here. And I have had the best patient service ever. Dr. Alvarez along with the other provider and Nurse Practitioners are wonderful. I have had to bring my son in 3 times for sick visits and they make it work for you. I leave messages for the nurse and they get back to me in a timely manner. I love the fact that they are open on the weekend in case there is an urgency I can take my son in. I absolutely love this place. Im glad I switched my son to Lakeland Regional Health
