Dr. Padgett is a kind, caring, and brilliant surgeon. His kindness carries over into all his staff's behavior and decisions. The surgery went off perfectly. Not very often can you find such a kind Doctor who takes the time to listen to you and responds well, especially as busy as he is. It was really special to be treated so kindly thruout all my interactions with him. It meant a lot to me.

2 ACL surgeries, 1 by another Dr and this last one by Dr Padgett, night and day difference. Dr Padgett was the absolute best with very minimal pain. I can’t say enough about him. 5 ⭐️ for sure!!!

Getting my 3 month injections today. 6/2/22. I have had all my surgeries by Dr. PADGETT. And would recommend him to anyone.

I agree Dr. Padgett is a great surgeon. Although the post surgical support was terrible. Following shoulder repair and a nerve block that wore off the evening of surgery, I contacted the after hrs. Service begging for a call back and guidance for my pain. It was unbearable. I called twice and the answering service said they can't make the office call me. 830 am the next day, I received a called. I called the office manager no call back. They refused to acknowledge issues in post op treatment.

The PA was very good to deal with for my 11yo son however the front office staff was not friendly or willing to file both insurance primary and secondary at all would only require cash payments and you are on your own to file and get reimbursed for out of pocket.

Was not board certified for many years. Had multiple non-compete issues. Violated HIPPA. Does not report mandatory DV issues.
