Dr Ledzoe Mateo is just new to winter Haven coming from Orlando. Now working at VIP Care 7558 Cypress Gardens blvd. I had 2 visits with her and then I had to be sent out for several test. My appointment today was so she could give me the results of my many test. The appointment time was set 2 weeks back for 1:15. I arrived at 1:05. the doors were locked. I had been home all day and never got a call from the office to tell me they were not going to be there. I made a call to that office and just got the machine, I left a message, then I called my husband at home and told him what had happen in case they call my home. Then I went across the parking lot to Walmart to get my groceries. When I finished I drove back across the lot to see if they were open it was exactly 44 minutes later...Sandra the office manager said they had been calling me ( That was a lie as when I asked my husband if they had call that was a "NO") Sandra told me they were having a meeting !!!! I had several words with her explaining to her that they had no consideration for my time. Then she said "We can see you now" I had to let her know I then had groceries in the car and it 100 degrees outside. So NO I cannot see the doctor NOW... So If You value your time do not go to this doctor. As I am having to find a new doctor So I can at least get the results of my test.

If you speak Spanish she looks to be great to deal with (observing her talking to patients by the waiting room), however if you are Caucasian her whole attitude changes. She barely explains anything to you, has very little to say and rushes thru your examination. Again, if you speak spanish she very well could be a good doctor for you.

Dr. Correa is an excellent doctor, attends, guides and explains with respect and kindness. Give referrals if necessary and if you have a health problem she helps you to treat and prevent the problem from getting worse. Her staff is very friendly, it is always a pleasure to go to her office. I recommend it 100%.
