Marc Feldman's Online Review Report Card

From Doctor on down the ladder, they never listen to you and always interrupt in mid conversation. They refuse to help with insurance and, for the most part, are rude and impatient. Don't even try to assist patient. If I have a need again for feet problems, I will certainly find someone else in this area.

Feldman crippled me in 2000. To this day pain cripplaning pain. After a bunionectomy..he destroyed me.

He was the only one to really explain what was wrong with my foot. And was pleasant to talk with.

I called to make an appointment and the person who answered me was very rude, not even let me finish explaining my situation and hung up on my face

I am currently staying in Florida while working from home. I actually live in New York City and will be back in New York once I am able to work normally after this COVID pandemic. I was able to find Dr. Feldman thru my insurance.I always have high expectations for services I recieve for anything and everything.I am more than satisifed and Dr. Feldman and his staff exceeded my expectations. They clearly know what they are doing.If you were to ask me if I would refer Dr. Feldman to my family and friends I will definately say “YES”.This was my first time seeing a podiatrist so I guess I hit the jackpot with my first ever visit.

If I could leave no stars, it would happen. I scheduled an appointment and took a whole day off work to show up to the appointment provided just to receive a call 3 days before the appointment to tell me that there was no way they could see me because they can't justify coming in for only a hand full of patients.... Excuse me?! You planned this appointment for me! I took time out of my week to show up on time to this appointment and you cancel me because I don't have the ability to reschedule my busy week because it's not busy enough for you?! How many times would you have had to cancel my appointment because who knows how slow each week would be?! They didn't try to work with me as a patient, they just asked, "well what do you want us to do?" You're the Dr's office, you work for me! You need to fulfill your obligation as a Dr's office...! I do not recommend this location... At all. They clearly do not care about patients.

I’m not the “write a review” type of person but for Dr. Marc Feldman I will. I recently relocated to Florida with my husband and children after living in NYC all my life. Looking for GOOD doctors in my new area has been a bit challenging. My 13 yo son had an ingrown nail and was in pain. I found Dr. Feldman via google and wished for the best. I must say, best choice ever! He was very welcoming and interactive. My son was scared of the procedure of course but Dr. Feldman distracted him through conversation. He immediately found a common interest in them and talked to him through the entire procedure. He was honest and informative before he started. Told him what he was going to do and what to expect during. He not only treated the chief complaint but informed us of other abnormalities his feet had. Dr. Feldman is very relatable and is an easy going person. From the ONE time I met him I can tell he really cares for what he does. His bed side manners were on point and as a parent he really made me feel comfortable as well. He made me feel as if I chose the RIGHT ONE! I can never thank him enough for the experience and his professionalism. The staff was very welcoming and easy going as well. They were understanding and to say the least they knew what they were doing!!! So, with that said, thanks to his office and if anyone needs a podiatrist GO TO DR. FELDMAN!

Fantastic, Caring & Thorough! Dr. Feldman listens to me at each appointment. I never feel rushed. His staff is always friendly and professional. He is a great doctor.~Sue-Ellen Campbell ~

I have been Dr. Feldman’s patient for many years. He has given me excellent care in regards to my feet. I wouldn’t see any other podiatrist.
